No. There is no minimum term. Cancel anytime from the customer portal and your benefits continue until the end of the month you have paid for. Please note: if you have used your annual Health Check and then cancel, an early cancellation fee may apply.
No. It means you are not charged simply for us attending. Labour and parts for the work itself are quoted and charged as normal, and Plus and Premium members get 10% off eligible labour.
Two-storey homes, roof-related services, gutter inspections and other specialist services may incur additional charges. Anything extra found during an inspection is always discussed and quoted before we proceed.
