We retained Rectify Plumbing to help us with a big plumbing project that required considerable excavation around the footings of our house to redivert water that was entering our subfloor. Jake’s team were prompt, courteous, professional and extremely hard-working. They also demonstrated a fantastic ability to solve unforeseen issues quickly and cleverly. Rectify Plumbing will remain our ‘go-to’ plumbers, and we couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

We needed a new toilet. The guys were very prompt to replace our old one, provided a very good price, and cleaned up beautifully after the job. I definitely recommend Rectify Plumbing.

Jake fixed a blocked pipe, and then 2 members of his team did deeper work to treat pipes that had tree roots in them. The customer service and work was excellent, thank you so much. I highly recommend this business.

Overall a positive experience. They helped relocate the water meters and isolation taps at a reasonable price. Communication was generally good (Jake in-particular), their staff (Jack & Adam) were friendly, punctual and they did come back promptly for a quick follow-up check when I raised a concern. I'd consider using them again.

We had an emergency situation with water leaking in the roof cavity causing an impending collapse of the bathroom ceiling and light fittings. Rectify Plumbing came within an hour and a half of calling them, assessed and videoed the situation, repaired the leaking air con condenser pipe and removed the standing water thus reducing the weight on the ceiling. With the video evidence we went back to the air con installers who did further remediation and will be fixing the ceiling and light fitting under warranty. So thank you Jake and his team!
